First Time Parent Guide

Learn newborn care by doing it, with a live RN guiding every step.

A registered nurse watches your hands through smart glasses and coaches you in real time, covering 7 essential newborn skills before your baby arrives.

RN instructors Live, hands-on coaching Training kit mailed to you Complete in 1 to 2 sessions

Not a video course. Not a passive class.

Most newborn care programs give you a playlist. You watch someone else suction a baby’s nose and mouth, then try to figure it out alone at 2am. This program works differently. You practice each skill yourself, with a licensed RN watching your hands in real time and coaching your technique until you have it.

Taught by Registered Nurses with pediatric experience

Your instructor is a Registered Nurse.

Every session is led by an RN with hands-on pediatric experience. She is not reading from a script. She is watching your technique through the glasses and giving you personalized feedback, exactly as she would if she were standing next to you. They do not move on until you feel confident.

Clinically endorsed. This program is developed in partnership with Trusted Doctors and Fairfax Pediatrics, part of Trusted Care Foundation's Remote Assistance & Training Solutions. It is the only remote newborn training program built with and recommended by a practicing pediatric network.

Before you enroll

When should I enroll?

We recommend enrolling at least 4 to 6 weeks before your due date. This allows time for kit delivery and completing your sessions without feeling rushed.

Can both parents participate?

Yes. Both caregivers can join the same session and take turns practicing each skill. No separate booking or additional cost.

What do I keep from the kit?

All consumable items are yours to keep: diapers, wipes, creams, gauze, and petrolatum packets. The glasses, doll, blankets, and thermometer are returned using a prepaid shipping label included in your kit.

What if I need to reschedule?

Use your booking link to reschedule at any time. We ask for 24 hours notice when possible. Evening and weekend slots are available.

Can I rewatch sessions after my baby is born?

Yes. Your full session recordings are yours to keep and rewatch anytime, especially useful in those first weeks at home.

What if the glasses have technical issues?

Our support team joins your first session 15 minutes early to confirm everything is working. A troubleshooting guide is included in your kit, and the team is reachable via WhatsApp throughout the program.

Is this a substitute for medical advice?

No. This program is for prenatal education and hands-on skills preparation only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider with medical questions.
