• Grant of Rights: Participants grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the Recordings for promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes.

• AI Training: Recordings may be used for training artificial intelligence models and human training datasets.

• Right to Stop Recording: Participants may request to stop recording at any point during a session by notifying the facilitator.

5. Privacy and Use of Contact Information

• Confidentiality: Contact information is treated as confidential and will not be used for general advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes beyond what is necessary for session administration and essential business operations.

6. Data Deletion and Retention Requests

• Requesting Deletion: You may submit a request for the deletion of your data or Recordings through ContactUs

• Limitations on Removal: Complete removal may not be feasible if Recordings have already been incorporated into an aggregated and anonymized dataset, processed into a derived dataset, licensed/distributed to a third party, transferred to a new owner, used in completed model training, or used in published promotional material.

• Legal Compliance: The Company may retain data as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations.
